This Brock power mirror is the left, driver's side assembly. In the US that side carries flat glass by federal rule, since the driver relies on it for judging the gap to the car behind. On many trucks and SUVs the mirror is held by three studs through the door and a single connector, so the swap is mostly a matter of getting the door panel off without breaking its clips. A trim-panel tool and a few spare clips make that easier.
