Returns
Unfitted parts in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days. If the part was wrong because our fitment data was wrong, we pay the shipping both ways. Electrical parts and special orders have exceptions, listed below.
The straightforward case
- 30 days from delivery.
- Unfitted, and in a condition we can sell again — packaging opened is fine, packaging destroyed is not.
- Refunded to the original payment method once it arrives back and has been checked.
When it was our mistake
You pay nothing. We send a label, we cover the return, and we ship the correct part at the original price. We also correct the fitment record, which is the part that matters beyond your order.
The exceptions, stated plainly
- Electrical parts cannot be returned once fitted. This is a manufacturer condition, not ours, and it is near-universal in the trade — a fitted electrical component cannot be tested as new again.
- Special orders — anything sourced specifically for you and not normally stocked — are non-returnable unless faulty. The quote says so before you accept it.
- Fluids and consumables must be unopened.
