Delivery
Parts in stock ship the same working day when the order is confirmed before 2pm, and the next working day otherwise. Anything we source to order takes longer, and we give you the real date on the quote rather than an optimistic one.
Timings
- In stock, confirmed before 2pm — ships the same working day.
- In stock, confirmed later — ships the next working day.
- Sourced to order — the quote carries the actual expected date, which we get from the supplier rather than estimating.
Large and awkward items
Bumpers, panels, exhausts and glass ship on a pallet or a dedicated service, and the cost depends on where you are. We price it on the quote; there is no surprise charge afterwards.
When a date slips
We tell you when we find out, not when you chase us. A supplier date that moves is common in this trade and hiding it helps nobody — you may want to source elsewhere, and we would rather you did that than sat waiting.
