How to order

Ordering here is quote-first, not checkout-first. You tell us the vehicle, we check the part against that exact year, make, model and engine, and then we send a price. A person confirms the fit before you pay, which is why we can stand behind it.

The four steps

  • Tell us the vehicle — year, make and model, or paste the VIN. The VIN is better because it identifies the engine, and the engine is usually what decides the part.
  • Tell us what you need. A part name is enough. So is a symptom: we would rather diagnose it with you than sell you the wrong thing quickly.
  • We check it and quote. If the fitment is confirmed we say so. If it is supplier-asserted and not yet verified, we say that too.
  • You accept the quote and we ship. The reference on the quote is the reference for the whole order.

Why there is no instant checkout

Because most wrong-part returns in this trade are not delivery mistakes. They are a catalogue confidently matching a part to a vehicle it does not fit, at two in the morning, with nobody in the loop.

A quote step costs you a few hours. It removes the return, the second wait, and the labour bill for a car on a lift with the wrong part next to it.

If you already know the part number

Search it. We match on the number as printed, and on the same number with the dashes, spaces or leading zeros removed — 04465-02220 and 0446502220 find the same part.

We also hold interchange numbers, so a competitor's number or an OEM number usually resolves to what we stock.

Still not sure? Tell us the vehicle and we will answer it.
