Hella Electric Vacuum Pump

The high-voltage side of an electrified car: the inverter that turns pack DC into the AC the motor uses, the DC-DC converter that feeds the ordinary 12V system, the on-board charger, and the pack itself. These are the highest-value parts on the vehicle and the ones a workshop is least likely to have seen before.

HIGH VOLTAGE. This part connects to a 400V or 800V system. It must be fitted by a technician qualified to work on high-voltage vehicles, using insulated tools and rated gloves. Do not attempt it otherwise.
