Got a new one sent and tried replacing it and the part didn't end up working. Took it to a non honda dealer. Got it taken care of, but the new BCM wouldn't work."

A 2021 CR-V owner, NHTSA complaint 11516522: "The contact owns a 2021 Honda CR-V. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed at night, the vehicle stopped independently. Additionally, the contact stated the headlights failed to operate as needed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure."
