The Exact-Fit Guarantee

If we confirmed a part fits your vehicle and it does not, we cover the return shipping and send the right part at our cost. The guarantee applies to fitment we verified — not to a part ordered against a vehicle you told us about incorrectly.

What it covers

  • Return shipping, both ways, when a confirmed fitment turns out to be wrong.
  • The correct part at the price you were originally quoted, even if it costs us more.
  • A written correction to our fitment data, so the next person is not sold the same wrong part.

What it does not cover

It is not a general returns policy — that is separate, and more generous in some ways.

It does not cover labour. We will argue your case with a supplier and we will not pretend the part was right, but a garage's bill is between you and the garage.

It does not apply where the vehicle details given to us were wrong. If the VIN says one engine and the car has another, no catalogue on earth gets that right.

How we avoid needing it

Fitment records carry a confidence level. Verified means a person checked it. Supplier-asserted means a manufacturer's feed said so and nobody has confirmed it yet, and we show it as unverified rather than dressing it up.

Where we are not sure, the site says we are not sure. That is less impressive than a green tick on every part, and it is the reason the tick means something.

Still not sure? Tell us the vehicle and we will answer it.
