Denso Radiator Cooling Pack — Radiator, Fan and Thermostat
Denso · SKU SAP-00097 · Our ref 210-557
This pack replaces the whole cooling front in one go: radiator, fan assembly and thermostat. They are bundled because the system has to be drained and refilled to change any one of them, so doing them separately means paying that labour three times. Overheating, a sweet smell, or a temperature gauge that climbs in traffic are the usual reasons to do this job.
Supplied by Denso.
In the box: 1 radiator; 1 radiator fan assembly with shroud; 1 thermostat with gasket; Radiator cap.

Common questions
- What is included in a cooling pack?
- A radiator, a fan assembly with its shroud, a thermostat with gasket, and a radiator cap. They are bundled because the cooling system has to be drained and refilled to change any one of them, so replacing them separately pays that labour several times over.
- What are the symptoms of a failing radiator?
- Temperature climbing in slow traffic and dropping again at speed, coolant loss with no visible puddle, a sweet smell after a drive, and staining or crust around the end tank seams. Cold spots across the core point at internal blockage.
- Do I need to bleed the cooling system after fitting a radiator?
- Yes. Air trapped in the system causes localised overheating even when the gauge looks normal, and on many modern engines the bleed procedure is specific — some require a vacuum fill because the high points cannot be purged any other way.
